Theodore Fischer was the Swedish Consul in Manchester
					Johann Theodor Fischer was born in Lubeck in 1855. His father Carl Ludwig Fischer was born in Ystad, Sweden and mother Diederike Elisabeth Karck was born Lubeck.
					He became a naturalized British citizen in 1907.
					He was honoured by King Gustav V of Sweden with the Order of Vasa in 1927, for his contribution to Swedish trade with Britain.
